Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you need to exchange an item, you have 7 days from the date you receive your order to request an exchange.

Eligibility for Exchange:

  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all exchanges.

How to Start an Exchange:

  • Email us at ironglowlamp@gmail.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange.

  • Do not send your item back before you receive confirmation and instructions from us.

Exchange Process:

  • Once your exchange request is approved, we’ll provide you with a shipping label and instructions for returning the original item.

  • When we receive and inspect your item, we will process your exchange.

Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue swiftly.

Exceptions/Non-Exchangeable Items:
Certain items cannot be exchanged:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials (including flammable liquids or gases)

  • Sale items and gift cards

Exchange for a Different Item:
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to request an exchange for store credit and use that credit to place a new order for the desired item.

European Union 14-Day Policy:
If your item is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to request an exchange or cancellation within 14 days of receiving your order, for any reason, as long as items are unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging, and with proof of purchase.
